The market is changing. For the past couple of years with all of the economic turmoil it has definitely been a buyer's market. However a lack of inventory and a stable economy are turning the table. The hottest price range is the starter market between $250,000 and $350,000 with properties selling in as little as 24 hrs and with multiple offers. Sharply priced sellers are receiving list price. It has been several years since high end properties ($600 to $1M) have seen any action and since the beginning of January - 6 have sold in our boad area. While others across Canada are threatening to crash, our market is on an upward swing.
